　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　The Training Lead will have experience delivering training in person and in web-based environments. Clear communication skills Ability to document requirements create user guides and training materials Ability to work with business and process leads, stakeholders, and technical staff. Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements and maintenance of documents.The TRIRIGA Training Lead will provide direct consulting services in creating a training plan and curriculum, mapping business processes and creating training materials for the use of IBM TRIRIGA for the management of client facilities. Create and deliver training content for the following TRIRIGA modules: Portfolio, Real Estate, Real Estate, Capital Projects and O&M.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
