Job Description:
The Trijicon Commercial Sales Team is searching for a Key Account Manager to manage vital business relationships. The Key Account Manager will be given named accounts and expected to deliver immediate value to them by helping challenge, shape, and advance their thinking and resulting business decisions. This person will act as a trusted advisor to their accounts, providing exceptional service and value, on competencies essential to Trijicon and their Key Accounts. In addition to maintaining the current business, this role will be responsible for onboarding new products, ensuring timely delivery of critical information, and customer training events.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain current business while identifying expansion opportunities within named Key AccountsCarry out strategic initiatives consistent with current overall sales strategyConduct regular trainings with key account teams, including customer service, technical support, marketing, and salesCoordinate between various departments within Key Accounts to accomplish mutual goalsExpand key account relationships, specifically within the C-suiteEnsure compliance with all customer-specific requirements, including pricing, specs, various B2B agreementsConsistently work with Key Account team to optimize Trijicon brand recognition and sell through of Trijicon products, post-saleAnticipate potential roadblocks and formulate solutions prior to any affect on the businessAbility to analyze, interpret and deliver data-driven & actionable items to buying teamDevelop a regular cadence for account contact, including but not limited to, trainings, new product launches, and monthly and quarterly business reviewsEffectively utilize CRM tools to document, plan, and execute account strategyReport on all account activities and related metrics to Sales Manager monthlyWork collaboratively with Sales Management to conduct in-person briefings to discuss current and future business opportunitiesMaintain an in-depth understanding of Trijicon's offerings, competitor landscape, and current market trends to further tailor account planningLeverage historical account data, market trends and current sales data to create and maintain a budget for each Key AccountAttend commercial trade shows and customer events as needed to support the brandProvide general administrative duties in the departmentOther duties as assigned by managerJob Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Outside Sales experience; preferably with Key AccountsEffectively and safely operate a variety of firearms```{=html}
