JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Essential Functions Collectsmember/prospect data, analysis statements and assembles marketingcollateral to aid TM Sales in preparing for appointments. Independentlydevelop, analyze, and implement pricing proformas, proposals,presentations, and all other reporting. Responsible for data deliveryincluding deposit, fee income, treasury analytics, account schematics,tracking sales activities. Meets with members virtually, in person or byphone to assist in the sales process and identify cross sellopportunities. Leads pre- and post-sales initiatives, including but notlimited to preparing TM agreements, TM Reviews implementation andmaintenance documentation. Initiates the fulfillment process andprovides support in client on-boarding to ensure progress and membersatisfaction. This includes initial sales setup in related systems.Assists with all audits and exam preparation, including ACH/RDC Auditsas necessary. Works with members and internal parties to develop andexecute appropriate product and compliance documentation. Upon thereceipt of executed agreements, acts as a liaison between TM Sales andTM Support to ensure appropriate credit approvals and risk assessmentforms are completed. Opens accounts, assists in Member wire origination,account maintenance, and prepares related forms as needed. Serve asprimary sales contact with member service, ISC, Deposit Operations, andcompliance to resolve issues, engaging appropriate members of TreasuryManagement as necessary. Builds product and sales training materials forinternal and external parties. Research, and review competitor analysisstatements and put together cost comparisons as directed. Lead forpreliminary statement review, re-pricing initiatives to ensure correctpricing, including rate or product exceptions, for respective memberaccounts and performing system inputs of approved and new exceptionpricing. Educate and remedy any non-compliant customer issues in TM.Includes but not limited to ACH/RDC audit results; implement necessarychanges for clients. Client plans to implement change and steps forcontinued non-compliance. Liaison with lenders, branch, TM support asneeded. Assistance with marketing and call campaigns as needed. Ensurecompliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. AdditionalFunctions Assist with additional projects and other duties as assignedby departmental leadership.
