In this role, you will be responsible for completing refrigerant recoveries at various job sites, ranging from the belly of an aircraft carrier to the top floor of a skyscraper. You will work wherever refrigerant is present, recovering it from small drinking fountains to large ice builders. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of equipment and learn new things constantly. Your role will be a supportive multi-tool for the Northwest region. You will help the team achieve its goals by assisting at job sites as needed and filling in as a temporary service technician or business development leader. You will become an expert on recoveries and will be able to assist the territories in training and re-training as necessary to ensure overall safety and compliance.

This role requires frequent travel to the Northeast region and the candidate must live near a major airport and shop location within the region. High travel position and must be able to travel between 65% to 85% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
Travel to various locations in the region to provide support during vacancies or as needed to complete tasks.
Train and complete the onboarding training process for new hires.
Must keep safety top of mind within our industry and encourage everyone to embrace a safety-first mindset.
To work independently while executing the goals of the location you are supporting.
To be successful in this position, you must have demonstrated the ability to be self-directed and self-motivated, knowing when and how to do the right things, coach and train peers, and work effectively without direct supervision.
Collaborate with local teams to establish and expand their territories by serving as a recovery expert and providing training and retraining support as needed.
May assist or act as the Business Development Leader by visiting current customers and providing them excellent customer service through attentive, high-quality regular interactions.
Functioning as a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for recovering cylinders, providing customers with refrigerant, and assisting with upcoming projects.
Effectively present and discuss the full range of Rapid Recovery products and services, including service, gas buy-back, and refrigerant spot buy sales.
Share both the positive and negative aspects of the recent recovery project with your team members to promote collaboration.
Ensure consistency in recovery processes, improve market efficiencies, and drive results by completing location trip summaries as needed.
Adhere to EPA and safety regulations.
Confirm that all data is entered into the company job order and sales system.
Other duties as reasonably assigned.
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must be a self-starter, leader, and independent
Mechanical skill and the ability to problem solve.
Great Communication Skills
Computer, internet, and data entry skills with high attention to detail, with the road as your office.
You are 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record
High Travel Positions: must be able to travel 65% to 85%
Willing to travel on short notice
Work flexible hours
Deadlift up to 75 lbs.
Able to excrete force while bending and stooping
Must complete training and pass EPA universal testing.
Required to obtain a CDL C w/Hazmat
