　　You will provide assistance and support the company's operations regarding billing issues. Ideal candidate takes initiative, self-motivated and an accountable/dependable performer. Report to the Controller. Train for at least 90 days then after training can work 5 days from home . Long term contract to hire role! Pay up to $23 an hour DOE. Flexible start and end time. Start anywhere between 7-9 AM and end your day between 4-5:30 PM, 1/2 or 1 hour lunch. 40 hours a week. Great place to work. Send resumes directly to [email protected] for consideration. 　　Responsibilities

　　Provides assistance and supports the company's operations regarding billing issues. Ideal candidate takes initiative, self-motivated and an accountable/dependable performer.

　　Daily and weekly customer billing utilizing TMS system to completed job responsibilities and ensure billing deadlines are met.

　　Verify billing information in TMS system for accuracy on a daily basis through review of delivery paperwork.

　　Resolve billing exceptions in TMS system on a daily basis, working with dispatch and operations to address issue in TMS.

　　Maintain reconciliation of TMS system invoicing to Dynamics SL invoices generated Update TMS system master data for changes or new consignee locations, as needed.

　　Interface with other departments in responding to billing and collection questions. Investigate issues on disputed invoices and assist with determining root cause to identify areas of improvement within the billing process.

　　Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.

　　Participates in process improvement projects and special assignments (departmental and company-wide), as assigned by department management.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

　　HS Diploma

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　After several months of training (at least 90 days) can work from home 5 days a month only. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
