Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will assist with documentation of new vehicles from vendors and other Government sources. You will work closely with customers to ensure that all Preventative Maintenance schedules are completed on time. You will inspect vehicles noting discrepancies to be corrected. You will assist with the tracking of Voyager credit card use and ensures credit cards are utilized properly. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining files and records in accordance with established procedures; 2) Maintain a computer database (i.e. Maximo), to log and track inventory records; 3) Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position. OR FOR GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Maintaining files and records in accordance with established procedures; 2) Maintain a computer database (i.e. Maximo), to log and track inventory records; 3) Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy; and 4) Providing support to customers regarding transportation requests and services. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments. Physical Demands: Work the incumbent does requires operation of a personal computer for extended periods of time. Duties will be those of normal day to day office functions. Work Environment: Incumbent works primarily in an office environment with no unusual risk or discomforts except when performing fieldwork such as driving vehicles from vendor drop off point to Transportation Department or Customer location if necessary.
