The Transformation Program Lead is responsible for leading a large transformational interim initiative for the Enterprise Data & Insights organization. The Lead’s core responsibilities include leading the Transformation program, managing cross-functional teams, and executing on successful program delivery. This role serves as a business partner, liaison between various ED&I and enterprise-wide departments, and an escalation point for issues that arise in the program. The Lead brings strong skills in collaboration, influencing, and communication to coordinate the successful delivery and execution of a transformational program. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, risk management, excellent project management, and change management skills, and a strong connection to the business and technology stakeholders.
