Description

　　Our client is a reputable law firm with offices in Albany, NY. They seek a talented Transactional Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join their dynamic legal team.

　　Areas of Focus:

　　Environmental.

　　Commercial real estate.

　　Business transactions.

　　Easements and land conservation.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Draft and edit real estate and business contracts.

　　Draft and edit conveyance documents such as deeds and easements.

　　Review and assess title issues, reports, and insurance.

　　Draft and review corporate documents such as operating agreements.

　　Review project proposals and applications submitted to municipal boards.

　　Review land surveys.

　　Perform investigations and analyze environmental assessment documents and reports.

　　Manage cases independently.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　4-8 years of experience as a transactional attorney.

　　Proficiency in editing and drafting contractual documents.

　　Experience reviewing and handling title insurance and reports.

　　Familiarity with reviewing project applications before municipal boards.

　　Familiarity with analyzing environmental assessments such as Phase I and Phase II.

　　Experience handling entity formations.

　　Strong writing and analytical skills.

　　Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
