　　Your work will include, but not be limited to:Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergersand acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyoutsPrepare detailed financial analysis to assist clients evaluating acquisitiondecisionsParticipate in client meetings and site visits while interacting withtop-level management to acquire and assess important information forfinancial analysisDevelop and review financial forecastsAssist with development and review of financial reports to determine qualityof historical earnings and assets and liabilities to be acquiredAssist in preparing proposals and engagement lettersThe qualifications.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinancePreferred Certifications: CPAMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a Transaction Advisory servicespractice, an Audit or Consulting practice, or Investment BankingPercentage of Completion accounting (POC) or Over Time Revenue Recognitionexperience preferredFrequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnighttravel
