　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Manager IV to join our team in the Lancaster, CA area.

　　Responsibilities include but not limited to:

　　The Training Manager IV manages the Maverick training organization.

　　Review existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the customer.

　　Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.

　　Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to Maverick and/or industry.

　　Identify problems and opportunities that could improve training, such as operational changes or industry developments.

　　Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions as well as collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.

　　Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to an approved training budget that they prepare and implement.

　　Supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Education and Experience Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience OR;

　　HS and 16 years of relevant experience OR;

　　Associate’s degree and 14 years of relevant experience OR;

　　Master’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR;

　　PHD and 8 years of relevant experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Commercial or military experience training individuals on military hardware or systems

　　Experience managing training requirements

　　Certified Professional in learning and Performance (CCPLP)

　　Microsoft certified: Azure Fundamentals

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　This position requires a current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance.Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $131,400-$219,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
