As the Training and Development Manager you will own all functions of the Credit Union's training and development programs, including but not limited to assessment, design, delivery, implementation, and success evaluation to ensure high quality, engaging learning solutions. In this role you will conduct classes, workshops, and other learning and development activities and programs. Additionally you will, serve as a key partner and contributor on Enterprise Project Management and department project teams working closely and in collaboration with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external consultants to ensure trainings align with project requirements, business needs, and the strategic direction of the Credit Union.; advise and provide guidance on the impact of related business functions/systems/procedures as well as impact to staff and training resources. As the Training & Development Manager you will manage and track multiple concurrent trainings and provide progress reporting to management and business partners. Additionally, you will manage training resources and training budget. In this role you will ensure the Credit Union's core values, operating principles, and business strategies are incorporated into trainings in support of Credit Union goals. As the Training & Development Manager you will provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the Training & Development team. In this leadership role you will be pivotal in increasing employee knowledge and engagement, and in empowering employees to deliver the highest level of service, internally or externally.
