Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring for a full-time Training Coordinator to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all team members at Grand Canyon National Park complete their required job-related training. You will be part of the important journey by encouraging and motivating team members to continuously develop their skills.

$17.00 - $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Create and implement training programs for team members.
Book and set-up classrooms for training sessions.
Schedule training sessions, distribute materials, and maintain records and attendance sheets.
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions by evaluating performance and recommend additional training.
All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a training coordinator or equivalent with proven verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills required with ability to engage participants.
Proficient in MS Office with Word, Excel and PowerPoint emphasis.
Requires critical thinking and time management skills with capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical training deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
May be required to stand for periods while conducting training sessions.
Visual and physical ability to operate computer, assemble training materials and complete paperwork.
