Job Description
As a Training Account Executive (TAE) at ServiceNow you play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of our products and services by our customers. Your responsibilities include developing strategic relationships with the relevant stakeholders to define training plans that help our customers be more self-sufficient and acquire knowledge of the products. You will require to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and actively engaging with our ecosystem of partners to scale and together address the knowledge gaps and needs of our customers. The TAE is a key member of the Customer Outcomes Services Sales organization and extended member of the account teams.

As the Training Account Executive (TAE) you are responsible for successfully positioning the training portfolio both internally and externally for maximize training booking and revenue for ServiceNow while developing skills that will drive adoption of our solution in order to achieve their desired business outcomes. These service offerings include private, public virtual, onsite training classes, tailored technical training, custom process user training, adoption accelerator and change enablement services.Key responsibilities Identifying and pursuing opportunities for ServiceNow Training and Certification to address organizational plans and talent pain pointsBuilding comprehensive enterprise-level proposals with a prescriptive training approachDevelop a partner ecosystem to scale and ensure training is part of their value propositions to customers.Collaborate with sales account teams, Customer Outcomes sales teams, Training BU and Success team members, customers as well as our ecosystem of partners.Develop a training strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a strategic training plan.Taking initiative to recognize obstacles and create solutions for leveraging relationships in projects, sales teams, departments, and divisions to identify new opportunities and ensure training is attached to all new product salesProviding accurate information to management for forecasting, quarterly business reviews etc.Attending sales quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Knowledge conference, ServiceNow User Groups, and Forums to increase sales and relationships within territory and increase training portfolio visibilityScope training deals, crafting proposals for engagements following company guidelines.Ensure training credits purchased are used by scoping and defining training plans through a consultative selling process that will enable the use of the training Credits purchased.Ensuring compliance with operational standards and customer relationship managementQualify prospects, developing new training sales opportunities, and ongoing revenue streams.Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.Execute a structured training sales process to close training, adoption, and certification opportunities to include training on NNACV deals.Meeting or exceeding Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targetsQualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:5+ years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist or similar roleExperience selling enterprise training solutions and structured custom trainingExperience in developing curriculum plansExperience with the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress through long, complex sales cyclesExperience in territory ownership and desire to expand marketsExperience with sales force automation, enterprise resource planning or other IT infrastructure management (monitoring and discovery) technologies is a definite plus Experience working with Training partners and understanding go-to-market strategies in the training industryAdditional German OR French language skills are highly valuedSN certifications are preferred but not required.Occasional travel to visit customers and eventsAdditional Information
