　　Maintain safe work zones for all team members/contractorsCoordinate with Crew Leads on daily work plans/locationsWork with Crew Leads to coordinate lunch/breaksWork with crew leads to ensure job tickets are accurately completedCoordinate with Flaggers on maintaining work zonesRelay information to Operation Leads regarding team issuesComplete final walkthrough that worksite equipment is collectedMaintain worksite equipment useWork with Crew Leads (If available) for additional equipment or staff as neededMake sure traveling public is always safeEnsure all light intersections or cross streets are manned with officerAssist with set-up/clean up of worksiteMaintained visibility outside of vehiclesInform workers that they are required up to 70-80% traveling around the greater Nashville areaOfficers are required to be post certified or retiredFull time preferred but will entertain part time work if candidate can work consistently 2 days a weekRESPONSIBILTIES/DUTIES:

　　Set-up signs, cones, etc. around work areas to divert trafficFollow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment (work boots - 6" with safety toe, hard hat and safety vest)Adhere to all MTTM Company policies and proceduresComplete daily paperwork accurately and timelyOperate 2-way radioWork well in a team environmentProvide highest level of customer service to all clientsExcellent attendance required, must have a Driver's License and reliable transportation, and a good work ethicRegularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving equipment and machinery parts, moving traffic, and fumes and airborne particlesRegularly required to stand/walk, reach with hands and arms for up to 14 hours/day.
