Description:

　　Conduct R&D laboratory experiments, assist with process development activities, and conduct applications testing for products in various applications

　　Generate data required in support of business initiatives, new product development, and collaborative projects with potential or existing customers

　　Interface with technical staff, other lab associates, and sales managers as needed to identify and support product improvements and new product opportunities in the lab

　　Assist laboratory and pilot plant activities required to produce small quantities of various formulations for evaluation and development

　　Good understanding in Lab Instrumentation and deciphering data collected (Instrument used here XRF, FT-IR, Rheology, and other industry specific instruments

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　BS degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Biology or Biochemistry)

　　1+yrs of industry experience (chemical, food, industrial, environmental)

　　hands on laboratory testing experience (XRF, FT-IR, Rheology, etc.)

　　Experience and ability to decipher data collected
