Tradeshow & Events Specialist We are currently seeking a Tradeshow & Events Specialist to join our growing Marketing team! In this role, you will own all aspects of the events channel including strategic planning, execution and reporting. You will review event request; screen the request and manage the event calendar. Bring your relationship building skills as you will work closely with all areas of the Commercial organization including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations. Key Responsibilities: Own planning and execution of all elements of external tradeshows (live and virtual) and brand awareness events Coordinate and manage tasks associated with tradeshows including registrations and logistics, timelines, vendor partners and creative deliverables. Partner with Marketing and Business Development to create consistent, on-brand show experiences including pre-/post-show email campaigns, landing pages and social media posts Manage our tradeshow calendar and budget Track and communicate to stakeholders return on investment and activities associated with events including new business won, renewed partnerships, new opportunities identified and ensure timely lead follow-up Increase brand awareness by securing and leveraging strategic sponsorships and speaking opportunities at tradeshows Research new industry events and trends, and provide recommendations to the commercial team on how best to maximize event spend Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field 2-3 years of event management coordination and marketing (B2B a plus) Proven experience of successfully building and executing events from start to finish Solid understanding of foundational marketing including digital and social media strategies to drive awareness and engagement Travel expectations: up to 40% Preferred Requirements: Salesforce experience MS Suite expertise Knowledge of third party event vendors and service providers Understanding of the food service industry Inclusive Employer At Restaurant Technologies, we celebrate diversity, believe in equity, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees; we're proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
