Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Product Control Team Manager will provide guidance, training, development and performance management to the Trade Product Control Analysts. In this role, you will supervise and perform the operational aspects of daily Trade Product Control activities, which includes calculation and monitoring of foreign exchange (FX) exposures for selected units, reporting against approved limits, reconciliation of FX hedges, provide profit and loss (PNL) analysis & commodity position reporting, reconciliation of derivatives. You will be working in all areas of Trade Product Control for selected units, communicating with counterparts in the trading, finance and treasury functions. You will lead a team of TPC Analysts and coordinate the activities of this group with stakeholders outside the department.
Key Accountabilities
Complete and monitor commodity and foreign exchange position reporting and reconciliation, compare against limits and ensure any significant differences are resolved and communicated appropriately. Escalate breaches of limits and get resolution of breach in collaboration with business stakeholders. Manage and reconcile trading profit and loss by line in collaboration with key stakeholders,
Act as a primary point of contact for selected partners or processes.
Participate in nominated cross-country working groups for the purposes of the review of existing procedures and processes, documentation and design of new sub-processes.
Coordinate a small team of Trade Product Control Analysts in order to assure the accuracy of the accounting jobs performed.
Responsible for internal control and compliance of Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Planning, and organization guidelines, policies and requirements.
Participate in process improvement projects, lead cross trainings of more junior associates and new team members and cross train with other team members to provide backup for critical tasks.
Respond to business unit contacts and customers directly to deliver error free processes.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability handle tasks while pressured, in a timely manner with required quality in both a team environment and as an individual contributor
Experience with Record to Report group and related finance processes
Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in shared service operations
One year of supervisory experience
Ability to design and prepare various data and analytics reports
Experienced in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
Master's degree
