  Your role at Clorox:

  Responsible for developing, deploying and leading the activation of Clorox Sales strategies that deliver financial objectives and superior in-store presence for all categories / brands sold in China.

  Specifically, the Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing an integrated sales plan, the AMPS objectives & priorities and the resources necessary to achieve the objectives, managing the Trade Fund within budget and serving as the customer voice for new initiatives.

  In this role, you will:

  Responsible for category Sales Strategies and Planning, including:

  Owns the sales planning process – integrating customer (channel) strategies into Clorox brand strategies; Develops the retail activation plans, category strategies, customer priorities, etc. Drives translation of Clorox strategies into JBP process.

  Own the QBP process (Quarterly Business Planning) by integrating the 3-D plans, category strategies with in-store activation plans at quarterly basis

  Leading new initiative sales launch plans development and deployment

  Leading the development and prioritization of AMPS objectives, identifying AMPS execution opportunities and designing programs, providing the tools for field Sales Managers and merchandisers to deliver the objectives

  Providing input for Customer Business Planning Process for selective top customers

  Enabling and supporting top customer Joint Business Planning and top to top meeting

  Providing feedbacks about customer requirements into product development process

  Communicating Sales inputs as needed into S&OP process

  Responsible for Sales FCST and Trade Fund management within annual budget and managing various aspects as key sales supporting:

  Responsible for Sales Input to LRP (long range plan)/annual Budget/Quarterly FCST by following company process

  Responsible for the Rolling FCST accuracy improvement

  Responsible for Trade funds management and associated tracking or reporting to ensure the Trade Fund spending within budget

  Responsible for providing sales materials and compliance: specs, price lists, regulatory #s, etc.

  Responsible for shopper marketing and ISD (in-store demonstrator) programs in brick and mortar in mainland China:

  Responsible for the ISD team management including recruiting, training and developing ISD solid skills to win at retail

  Responsible for designing POP per QBP priorities and demo tools for ISDs to enable demonstration of product superiority

  Responsible for partnering with selective top key accounts on some shopper marketing events/activation plans

  Analytics & Category Expertise

  Creates and applies analytical insights to the business. Creates trackers, dashboards, measurements to support analytical decision making. Drives a culture of analytics to action throughout the sales organization. Identifying and pursuing opportunities proactively

  Drives category expertise through the accounts and supports Category Advisement recommendations including:Managing customer reviews, including analysis, calendars, etc. Tracks CAS progress with customers.

  Providing sales analysis on base and customer business, shopper insights and expertise on shelving and assortment

  What we look for:

  Degree holder

  Minimum 8 years of experiences including Sales (with at least 3 years key account or local key account management) and trade marketing in multi-national FMCG/ CPG companies

  Analytics & data driven; can translate insights into action

  People and thought leadership

  Technical sales management skills including creating compelling customer stories, managing price, distribution.

  Demonstrated excellence in managing trade funds programs- design thru execution

  Distributor management and driving sales execution thru third parties

  Results orientation

  Entrepreneurial-spirit and comfortable with ambiguity

  Ability to motivate people

  Proficiency in Excel and PPT. Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
