POSITION SUMMARY
As the Trade Marketing Lead , you will be responsible for leading the Channel Sales Development agenda to deliver growth for the channel(s) as assigned to accelerate shelf off-take at the customer level through on-time execution.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Executing the approved strategies and plans to accelerate sell-out at the Customer level.
Working closely with the Field Sales Team and Category Sales Development Managers.
Proposing the in-store look of success for the key categories within the assigned channel
Ensuring 100% in-store "on-shelf" availability, by working closely with the Field Sales and Merchandising Teams to maximize sell-out opportunities and merchandising excellence.
Actively contributing to the Monthly Business Planning and ICP processes.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
First Degree / Masters in Social Sciences OR relevant field.
At least 6 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
Demonstrated record of success in a customer facing role.
Understand customers and the selling process.
Experience in a FMCG Industry.
