Job Description The NA Trade Management Analyst will beresponsible for the daily export compliance operations and contributingto a highly compliant environment. The position will require individualto follow, create and improve processes and procedures ensuringconsistent practices in line with the Global Trade Compliance policies.Expected to possess strong organizational skills and ability toprioritize incoming requests to facilitate movement of goods. TheAnalyst 1 will be primarily focused on Freight Forwarder auditing,request for information management, export recordkeeping, and SanctionedParty Release screenings within Rockwell ERP systems, and metricreporting. Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work bothindependently and effectively with other members of the organization ona variety of international trade compliance matters. Core Tasks and KeyResponsibilities Perform Sanctioned Party List Screening within multipleERP systems Conduct audit on Freight Forwarder export filingsInvestigate flagged parties and perform due diligence checks, includingassessment of and procurement for Letters of Assurance Perform exportlicensing review, assignment, and maintenance in SAP GTS Complete ENCbiannual and annual reporting Assess, manage, and prioritize exportinbox, responding to questions on licensing, drop shipments, routedtransactions, and forwarder inquiries Complete daily recordkeeping taskssupporting both US regulations and Rockwell company policy forrecordkeeping Lead training for internal stakeholders regarding dropshipments, routed transactions, and general export shipment requirementsAssist in maintaining export compliance policies, procedures and manualsfor both US and Canada Provide support in connection withinternal/external audits and investigations Review, assess and implementprocess and procedure changes...
