　　Overview

　　Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a Trade Compliance Operations Representative at our Annex office location in Center Valley, PA. In this position, you will have an opportunity to tackle global challenges that impact our business by providing operational support to ensure compliance with import and export regulations for international shipments. You would be a key part of the growing Trade Compliance function and would work closely with internal and external clients including Lutron shipping and logistics teams, engineering, customer service, and freight forwarders and customs brokers on all trade related matters.

　　Responsibilities

　　 • Retrieve entry documentation from broker portals and ensure we are maintaining entry records in accordance with US Customs guidelines • Assist with preparing documents and supplemental information for our Reconciliation program • Perform auditing of U.S. import activities • Maintain up-to-date compliance audit spreadsheets for internal review and action • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all trade regulations • Perform auditing of external export records and work with freight agencies to address gaps in documentation • Perform filing record keeping/tracking/payment/logging of refunds and bills • Create Statements of Origin • Review and process all paperwork for timely payment of any fines or penalties from CBP • Providing coverage on post-entry activities as needed

　　Qualifications

　　 • Bachelor's Degree required with minimum 3.0 GPA • 0 - 3 years experience in a professional office environment preferred • Highly detail-oriented with demonstratived ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively • Proficiency in Spanish a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel for data anaylsis and reporting preferred
