　　Job Description of of Cashier/Tour Guide:

　　Promptly greet guests at the designated tour time and provide guestswith an overview and timeline of what the tour will cover. Assistcustomers with ticket and gift shop purchases. Is knowledgeable of thelocal area and able to offer suggestions to our customers, ifquestioned, for opportunities for dining, outdoor recreation, resources,and other amenities in the area.

　　Minimum Qualifications of Cashier/Tour Guide:

　　Must have strong oral communication skills.\Must be conscience of time in relation to tour schedule.\Previous experience in retail sales is required.\Previous experience as a cashier is required.

　　Duties and Responsibilities of Cashier/Tour Guide:

　　Greet customers entering the museum in a friendly and professionalmanner.\Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.\Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customer through apoint of sale system.\Provide informational and details to customers about upcoming toursincluding times, admission prices, and the details of the tourexperience.\Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based oncustomer needs and desires.
