What you'll do day-to-day (with your colleagues):
Provide guidance and recommendations to HR Business Partners and businessleaders to ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines andpractices.
Oversee the annual planning, execution, and review of merit and bonusprograms, including configuration of compensation module in Workday throughend process reporting.
Determine competitive pay position; develop recommendations for annualstructure and budget adjustments to maintain internal and external equity inpay plans.
Perform quality checks of benefits-related data to ensure accuracy of benefitenrollments.
Responsible for resolving employee questions and issues through interpretationof policies and procedures and act as the escalation point regarding employeebenefit claim issues and plan changes
Adept at using analytical data and information to build a compelling narrativeto influence decision makers.
Seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for a streamlined partnership, ensuringfair and consistent reviews of job offers.
Support the company's total rewards programs and deliver engaging andimpactful education to better understand our reward philosophy and programs.
Minimum requirements for this position:
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance,mathematics, economics, accounting, or a related field. Four additionalyears of experience may be substituted for a degree
Minimum of 8 years of relevant compensation experience in a diverse businessenvironment
Experience with CA laws and requirements
Working knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and otherstate/local labor laws
Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques; mid-level knowledge of otherOffice suite applications
These skills would be amazing:
Working knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and advancedcompensation modules
Experience with designing and administering compensation and incentiveplans, including maintenance of compensation related HRIS software
Ability to be extremely detail oriented, while also aligning with the bigpicture in an extremely fast paced environment
Strong analytical, project management and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated ability for change management and communication across diversestakeholder groups
Comprehensive understanding of U.S. employment and labor laws as they relateto compensation and benefits, including, FLSA, Wage & Hour, FMLA,ADA as well as hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility.Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set ofknowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potentialcommensurate with experience. The range for this p sition is:$105,000.00- $175,000.00 annually.
