Job Description:
Coordinates the administration of all union and non-union health and welfare, retirement/pension and tuition reimbursement plans for Kaleida Health W-2 employees. Issues new hire benefits packages, assists in the new hire orientation process related to benefits, and maintains accurate employee benefit records. Advises employees on eligibility, enrollment and status change processes, and is responsible for answering all employee questions and ensuring data is remitted to external benefit plan vendors. Conducts day-to-day and annual operations for all plans in compliance with such laws as COBRA, HIPAA, IRS Section 125, ACA, ERISA, etc.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree required. BS - Bachelor of Science preferred. 2 years of Business Office, Human Resources and/or Medical Office experience preferred.
