　　GENERAL SUMMARY OF THE JOB

　　With minimal supervision operates necessary tool room equipment for the purpose of making or reworking dies and tooling for headers and secondary equipment. Continuous Improvement of processes and products are an ongoing function of this position.

　　PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Ability to operate tool room equipment with limited supervision to meet necessary quality and productivity requirements.

　　Ability to read manufacturing and tooling prints and select and prepare necessary tools to meet print tolerances.

　　Utilize tool room inspection equipment.

　　EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

　　Strong math skills.

　　Strong human relations skills.

　　Troubleshooting skills.

　　Required Hs Diploma/GED OR Relevant experience.

　　Fluent in English (both strong verbal and written communication skills).

　　Preferred Skills & Abilities

　　Heading or tooling experience.

　　2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. + OT
