　　What you will Bring:Associate Designer Qualifications:Requires one of the following:Bachelor's degree with design related coursework, ORAssociate's degree with design related coursework and four (4) years of drafting and/or design experience, ORHigh school diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years of drafting and/or design experience

　　Designer Qualifications:Requires one of the following:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in design or related field of study and two (2) years of drafting and/or design experience, ORAssociate's degree with design-related coursework and six (6) years of drafting and/or design experience, ORHigh school diploma or equivalent and nine (9) years of drafting and/or design experience

　　Senior Designer Qualifications:Requires one of the following:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in design or related field of study and four (4) years of drafting and/or design experience, ORAssociate's degree with design-related coursework and eight (8) years of drafting and/or design experience, ORHigh school diploma or equivalent and eleven (11) years of drafting and/or design experience

　　Good working knowledge of various materials such as plastic, metal, and/or paper, their properties, and applicability to achieving design objectivesGood familiarity with common manufacturing and fabrication methodologies and the capabilities/limitations of those processes for producing forms and shapes and with varying degrees of precision and repeatabilityDemonstrated ability to devise creative and innovative design solutions that maximize performance and profitabilityAdvanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
