　　The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore's Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

　　Purpose:To perform testing and support related activities in QC Chemistry teamTo provide technical support in QC chemistry teamKey Responsibilities:Performs routine and non-routine testings in the following areas with good observation of GMP requirements:Chemical testings for raw materials, intermediates / products and utilitiesChemical testings to support manufacturing processes/process validationsPerforms equipment calibrations, maintenance and validations as assigned.Initiates and participates in laboratory investigations (when required) and assist in timely closure of investigations and CAPAs.Performs peer review for verification of task and data.Assists in SOPs writingParticipates in method verification and method validation / transfer (when required)Identifies and reports problems in QC to superintendent in timely manner.Practises 6S and ensures good housekeeping of laboratory, work area and equipments. Also support lean activities and improvement projects with achievements.Ensures good inventory of QC materials (purchased and prepared materials / glassware) to support testings; ensures no over surplus of inventoryAdheres to all safety and security policies and practices.Ensures wastes are disposed appropriately and promptly.Senior QC Associate 2 & 3 have the following added responsibilities:Assist the senior QC superintendent / QC superintendent in the management and operations of the team; may be indirectly responsible for a team of QC AssociatesScheduling and assures timely availability of test results.Involves in investigation and protocol writing ( when required) Involves in SOP writing and updating. Reviews test reports to ensure accuracy of test results in accordance to established standards Provide training to teamLead QC Associate have the following added responsibilities:Assist the senior QC superintendent / QC superintendent in the management and operations of the team; may be indirectly responsible for a team of QC AssociatesPlans day-to-day shopfloor activities and resources handling to ensure timely availability of test results.Involves in investigation and protocol writing ( when required) Writes SOPs and perform trend review as necessary.Organization and Management Responsibilities:Assists QC Superintendent/ QC Manager in the management and operations of chemistry team; may be indirectly responsible for a team of QC AssociatesScheduling and ensure timely availability of test results. • Reviews test reports and to ensure accuracy of test results in accordance with corporate, regulatory and external agency regulations. Provides traning to the teamProvides guidance, support and technical expertise to the team.Organization and Problem SolvingCreates strong team morale and a culture of accountability and ownership.Recommends and coordinates appropriate corrective actions to quality problems in conjunction with other teams / departments.Present in timely manner major issues to the management with strategies on their resolution.Skills:

　　 Professional For QC Associate, fresh graduate in NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry (or equivalent)For Senior QC Associate 1, NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry (or equivalent) or Fresh degree holder in relevant Science.For Senior QC Associate 2, NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry with 2 years working experience or Degree holder with at least 4 years of working experience.For Senior QC Associate 3, NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry (or equivalent) with at least 6 years of working experience or Degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience.For Lead QC Associate, NITEC/Diploma in Chemistry (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of working experience or Degree holder with at least 4 years working experience Technical Competent technical skills in the followingGood laboratory knowledge and hands-on experience in chemistry testing's, Laboratory equipment qualification (advantage)Knowledge of cGLP & cGMP (advantage)Computer skills in MS Office and familiar with web-based e-learning resourcesPotential or developing project management skills Business Effective report writing skills (preferably with "legible" handwriting)Planning and Organizing skills (for individual time management & work planning)Good interpersonal skillsEffective team playerLeadership and problem solving skills with analytical and logical thinking (senior and lead position)Where will I be based?
