About This Role:
The Administrative Support Center HR Team is currently seeking a Timeand Leave System Administrator. This position will manage the time andleave system (Kronos) for units supported by the ASC-HR team. Theincumbent will serve as the primary contact with the time and leavesystem and works closely with HR Representatives, supported units andpayroll/HRIS teams to trouble-shoot issues and ensure successful timeand leave management.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Coordinating with the ASC-HR manager regarding adding and editingsetups within the system to include employee data maintenance,adding/editing profile data and labor categories.Participating in UKG trainings to advance system knowledge andimprove system functionality.Delivering system training to ASC-HR customers as requested.Managing timekeeping reports to ensure data integrity and reviewaudits.Contributing to the timekeeping system selection process and supportimplementation of the system as requested by the time and leavemanager.Providing support upon request for additional HR initiatives.This position is a one-year term position, projected to run fromJanuary 2024 - December 2024. It is a full-time position with salary andbenefits for the one-year term.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires an associate degree and one year of relevant experience.This position may use an educational equivalency as determinedrelevant by a hiring manager.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience administering a timekeeping systemExperience providing excellent customer serviceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent logical, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience generating reports, reviewing data for accuracy andutilizing data for decision makingOutstanding attention to detailAbility to exercise sound judgement, discretion and tact in aprofessional settingHuman resources degree and/or experience to include knowledge of HRrelated laws applicable to timekeeping and leaveProficiency with Microsoft Office suite products to include Excel,Word, Access, Visio and PowerPointOther Requirements:
