　　Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following internship cycles below: -

　　1. Off cycle / Credit bearing - Starting 08 January 2024

　　We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to the above internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

　　Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

　　- Responsibilities:

　　What will I be doing?

　　- Assist project managers in managing strategic projects related to community ecosystems, resources coordination, and drive project implementation.

　　- Support cross-departmental and cross-regional communication, including various meetings, and provide timely follow-up and feedback to relevant parties.

　　- Utilize professional project management tools to assist project managers in tasks such as project breakdown, role assignment, and timeline development.

　　Qualifications

　　What should I bring with me?

　　- Currently studying in a recognized university, at the undergraduate or graduate level, with no specific major requirements. Applicants with backgrounds in social sciences such as journalism, international relations, political science, and public policy are preferred.

　　- Possess sensitivity and inclusiveness in cross-regional and cross-cultural environments.

　　- Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, and execution skills, with a spirit of teamwork.

　　- Previous internship experience in project management or operations is preferred.

　　- Available for 3-5 days of internship per week, with a minimum duration of 3 months.

　　- Location: Singapore.
