　　About the Team

　　The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

　　We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Manager to join our team. In this role, The Compliance Project Manager will oversee multiple compliance-related projects within the TikTok Live environment. Reporting directly to the Compliance Project Lead, the successful candidate will manage the full project life cycle from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and operations, to ensure that TikTok Live adheres to industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.

　　Responsibilities:

　　* Develop comprehensive project plans that include milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

　　* Assist in identifying project scope, goals, and deliverables that support compliance initiatives.

　　* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

　　* Perform regular risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.

　　* Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues.

　　* Facilitate communication between legal advisors, technical staff, and business stakeholders

　　* Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

　　* Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.

　　* Lead cross-functional project teams to implement compliance initiatives.

　　* Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all sub-teams are progressing toward project milestones.

　　* Compile regular project status reports and compliance audit summaries.

　　* Share compliance best practices with the team and provide training as needed.

　　Qualifications

　　* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.

　　* Minimum of 3 years experience in project management.

　　* At least 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory-focused projects.

　　* Certification in Compliance Management is a plus.

　　* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

　　* Excellent written and verbal communication.

　　* Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

　　* Knowledge of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

　　* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
