GENERAL FUNCTION:

Perform necessary skilled tasks in the repair and mechanical maintenance in one or more of the areas of plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent with three years of experience in electrical, heating, refrigeration, carpentry or general maintenance functions. Training from a Vocational Training School desired.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:

A valid Regular Driver License is required.

Union membership is a condition of employment.
