Worksite Remington Park, 1 Remington Place, Oklahoma City, OK,73111. \$12.92/hr Mon-Sun; 40 hrs/wk; day off rotates; split shifts5am-11am, 3pm-5pm. 8 hrs OT avail @ \$19.38/hr. Employer guarantees workhours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period ofthe total employment period. Workers will be paid weekly; the employerwill use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Theemployer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required bylaw but will make no other deductions. Optional employer-offered housingin the backstretch at no cost to the worker. The employer will reimbursethe H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% ofthe work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of\$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day withreceipts.
