Schedule: M-F 11:30am-8pm
Description:
Supports the functions of patient scheduling, performing audits, and assisting with coordination of Team Conference schedule
Works closely with Therapy Director / Manager or Therapy Leads to maintain staffing calendar and ensure adequate coverage
Coordinates patients qualifications and treatment
Utilizes spreadsheets and databases (EPIC) to maintain patient information and tracking logs for the department
Manages schedule requests from therapists in a timely and efficient manner and coordinates with other clinical departments
Responds to requests from other teams / patients

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficiency in office skills, including typing and computer skills, and in the use of office equipment required
Minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting required
Previous experience within a therapy department and/or rehabilitation center preferred
EPIC preferred
