ABOUT THIS POSITION The Therapy Awareness Marketing Manager will be responsible for building awareness, understanding and endorsement of Inspire among primary care providers, cardiologists, and other medical professionals who see OSA patients but don't manage their therapy. Communication channel planning, developing outreach tools and sales materials, leading a contract team of Inside sales professionals, and collaborating with the Inspire field leadership team will all be keys to success in the role. The Therapy Awareness Manager will report to the Director of Commercial Marketing. OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Build Audience Specific Communication Resources: Develop and implement communication tools for Inspire therapy (PowerPoint, Videos, E-Blast, etc,) that will resonate with primary care physicians (PCPs) and cardiologists. Resources should lead to increased awareness of OSA treatment needs, Inspire indications and patient outcomes, and how to connect appropriate patients with a specialist. Maximize Reach & Impact Through Inside Sales: Lead Inspire communication and strategic planning with a contract inside sales organization calling on PCPs to build awareness and understanding of Inspire. Work with Inspire field sales leaders to align on targeted areas and localized approach to inside sales execution. Guide Therapy Awareness Strategies: Use market data to guide efficient therapy awareness targeting and strategies. Create best practice training and education for Inspire programs to effectively implement community awareness programs and conduct outreach to medical professionals in their catchment areas. Reporting and Analysis: Create metrics to monitor the effectiveness of awareness campaigns and communication initiatives, using data to drive decision-making. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering.
