Catholic Charities is seeking a recent or soon-to-graduate Mental Health Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist to work with a fast-paced, highly experienced, supportive, creative team to provide mental health services to children and adolescents.

The Intensive Outpatient – Day Treatment Program provides children and adolescent a three-hour block of mental health programming daily. The Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist will join the team to provide group, individual and family therapy. This is a unique environment that allows Clinical Trainees to gain experience in all three service areas.
Job Requirements:
Meet Clinical Trainee Qualifications
is enrolled in an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional and who is participating in a practicum or internship with the license holder through the individual's graduate program; or
has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional and who is in compliance with the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board, including requirements for supervised practice.
Meet Licensed Therapist Qualifications
Masters degree in a related field plus a Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC required
A minimum of 2 years of post-Master’s experience, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure
Strong verbal and written communication
Flexible Thinking
Experience with children and/or adolescent preferred
Hours: Flexible schedule: onsite schedule between 8a and 1p. (Other Full Time hours flexible to be arranged with the Clinical Supervisor)
