Summary About the Position: This is a permanent position for the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) supporting the Phoenix Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conducting aptitude and qualification testing of applicants; Providing oral instructions to groups of people; 3) Managing the security and accountability of testing materials; Utilizing a variety of office automated equipment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Database Management Systems Manages and Organizes Information Oral Communication Time in Grade Restriction: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must meet the Time in Grade Restriction. Time in Grade Restriction: Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the second lower grade (or equivalent) (GS-05). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
