Responsible for the operational procurement processes, ensuring our systems and procurement processes are aligned to enable a well-run procure to pay systems environment across TKE.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Oversees day-to-day operational procurement through procure-to-pay systemsexcellence for Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer and SAPGuide project teams to create solutions to the business challenges throughtechnical expertise in procurement technology and AI based spend analytics platform - CreactivesAssists in planning and implementation of system roadmap enhancementsOversee internal supplier catalog creation, upkeep, as well as manage punchout catalog process with suppliersIdentify process opportunities and system enhancements to deliver cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance quality for internal customers.Monitor operational performance and steward continuous improvement throughdata analytics, automation and standardizationSupport transformation efforts through process discipline, organizationalalignment, and governanceSupport the Creactives spend data warehouse, troubleshooting data issues,and providing data support to end users as requiredWork cross-functionally to develop, optimize, document, and maintain allsystems processes SOP'sEffectively communicate with all levels of the organization, in large orsmall groups to present ideas, findings, gain alignment, resolve issues,and drive change managementSteward system controls in accordance with company's policies andproceduresTrain and mentor the organization on P2P process methodology and bestpractices
