　　Position Description:

　　Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Test Engineer position. The Test Engineer will provide technical support to a U.S. Space Force satellite constellation development contract. This position requires a talented Test Engineer that can work with a multi-disciplined team to perform test and evaluation to support all phases of the system lifecycle, including design, development, and test and evaluation. The Test Engineer will be required to assist with software and hardware test using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles in conjunction with Agile software and hardware development. The Test Engineer will design and execute Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MSandA) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations and studies and support development, integration, and test and evaluation activities. This effort will entail support to develop 2D and 3D tracking algorithms utilizing space-based thermal imaging systems as well as providing physics-based modeling of end-to-end mission and implementation of multiple modeling scenarios that include, but not limited to Monte Carlo controlled scenario-based analysis of the satellite designs ability to meet requirements.

　　Required Skills:

　　Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or relevant technical field with 5+ years direct experience on DoD programs.

　　US Citizen with a current DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

　　Ability to work in dynamic environment.

　　Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　Excellent organizational skills.

　　Required Experience:

　　Experience with design of experiments using MSandA and HWIL simulations.

　　Experience with developing and managing automated testing to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines.

　　Familiarity with DoD System Engineering and MBSE principles and practices.

　　Familiarity with Agile software development principles and practices.

　　Experience with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

　　Experience creating and managing design and development documentation.

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Experience with MSandA and MBSE tools.

　　Experience with Python and/or C++.

　　Experience with satellite design and development programs.
