　　Job Purpose

　　The Terminal Data Management Specialist is responsible for managing day-to day operations while ensuring customer set ups requests are complete per various group SLAs.

　　The primary focus of this position is to complete customer/account/carrier/product set up requests in GSAP and distribution connected applications for the Shell Oil Products US Mobility and Shell Aviation Business .

　　Accountabilities

　　Accurately process customer set up requests for Shell Mobility and Shell Aviation

　　Primary point of contact for customer/account/carrier/product set up issues at OSP and Equity terminals.

　　Set up and maintain carrier access agreements for carriers loading at Equity and OSP terminals for Retail, Trading & Supply and Aviation

　　Maintain and update database information; this includes OSP contacts, phone numbers, and email addresses.

　　Responsible for managing group functional mailbox.

　　Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with OSP terminals, Sales, Supply and other internal support organizations.

　　Dimensions

　　Accurately and efficiently complete customer/account setup requests to enable truck loading of fuel at all terminals.

　　Accountable for the timely and accurate input of the TDM monthly metrics / KPIs for specific areas of accountability

　　Requirements

　　Knowledge of Global SAP, TMS Host and TMS 6 Terminals, DTN TABS

　　Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills are required.
