　　What you'll do:

　　As Human Capital Management (HCM) product localization expert you will: - Continuously roll-in legal requirements from the local authorities and market to ensure product compliance - Support our development groups during the process of defining and developing new functionality (describing legal & functional requirements, verifying concept of the solution including final testing) - Process resolution of customer incidents - Be single point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders (Customers, Solution Management, Development, field organization) - Support roll-out of localized solutions in the HCM area (mainly SAP ERP HCM (PY & PA) & SAP SuccessFactors - Constantly innovate the way we build and deploy localization togehter with our custommer base, SAP partners and local SAP User group

　　What you bring:

　　Deep application know-how in SAP HCM and SAP Payroll Ukraine

　　Experience in software localization development

　　solid knowledge of the Ukraine law relevant to Payroll and adjacent areas like social insurance

　　Knowledge about SAP Success Factors is an advantage

　　Development skills are an advantage

　　Customer focus & enthusiasm for taking initiative

　　Excellent team player as we work typically in a global team set up

　　Excellent communication and networking skills

　　More than 5 years of professional experience

　　Profound knowledge about SAPs solution portfolio

　　Fluent in English and Ukrainian
