We provide high quality, comprehensive care to roughly16,000 patients annually, a majority of who are low-income. No one isever turned away from our clinics based on insurance status or abilityto pay. We value a patient-centered philosophy and provide range ofservices that include family medicine, internal medicine, women\'shealth, urgent care, dental, radiology and integrated behavioral health.We also offer supportive services such as case management, healtheducation and benefits enrollment. What will you do? The TelephoneOperator schedules all appointments, including cancelling andrescheduling of appointments, giving patient directions to get to theirappointment, any special instructions needed for their appointment andproviding information on what the bring to their appointment and whereto check in. The Telephone Operator exercises problem solving andconflict resolution skills to assist with the full registration process.Retrieves messages, answers questions for the patients or directs thecall to the appropriate person, and provides patients with the highestcustomer service. What do you need to qualify? High School diploma orequivalent education. A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience, withworking knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial health plans,preferred. Experience with Epic, preferred. It is mandatory that allemployees, employed providers and volunteers are vaccinated.
