Genesis10 is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer: II (Intermediate) for a contract with our client in Inver Grove Heights, MN. 70% Remote. Job Description: Our client is looking for a candidate that will work closely with the Global Infrastructure Product Owner gathering use cases and business requirements to deliver to the Enterprise Voice Engineers. Additionally, knowledge of working with DevOps and in an Agile environment are greatly desired. Key Responsibilities: Telecom Analyst: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of an enterprise voice system including but not limited to procedures, configurations, etc. Telecom Business Analyst: Deep understanding of telecom processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Telecom End-User Trainer: Responsible for designing and delivering training focused on telecommunication technology, systems, and processes. Required Basic Qualifications: Preferred experience with MS Teams Voice/ Phone but overall Telephony experience is acceptable Ability to gather use cases and/or business requirements Create documentation related to MS Teams Voice/ Phone platform MS Teams certifications are a nice to have Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50.00-$55.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
