Description
I am looking for a Telecommuncations Analyst candidate that will work closely with the Global Infrastructure Product Owner gathering use cases and business requirements to deliver to the Enterprise Voice Engineers. This is a blend role of technical and business analyst responsibilities. They are looking to switch over to MS Teams Voice for many of their sites. Documentation is very crucial in this role. Located in Inver Grove Heights, MN 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Resume Must Haves:
Preferred experience with MS Teams Voice/ Phone but overall Telephony experience is important.
Ability to gather use cases and/or business requirements
Create documentation related to MS Teams Voice/ Phone platform.
MS Teams certifications are a nice to have.
Write robust documentation – standards, procedures, process, use cases.
Training - 5-10%. Migrate folks onto teams.
The role is a combination of the following:
Telecom Analyst:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of an enterprise voice system including but not limited to procedures, configurations, etc.
Telecom Business Analyst:
Deep understanding of telecom processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Telecom End-User Trainer:
Responsible for designing and delivering training focused on telecommunication technology, systems, and processes
Requirements
Good understanding of use cases
Deep understanding of procedures
Background working with Analytical Skills
Experience with Global Infrastructure
Previous experience working with Technical Solution
Earlier work involving Telecommunications
Prior experience with EO/IR systems
Demonstrated knowledge of Business Requirement Document
Comprehension of Translate Business
Command of training
Adeptness in configuration management
Telephony System experience highly valued
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Voice
General familiarity with voice
Solid understanding of documentation
Phone Presence, processes, procedures experience preferred
Practical knowledge of telecom
