  Job Description

  What You’ll Do

  Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in several areas of specialization. 8 years of applicable experience, including 7 years of technology sales experience. Strong ability to forecast, manage sales activities, and successfully close new Oracle business. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales-related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  You would cover a wide range of solutions, from Database and data management Solutions (Analytics, Integration, etc.) to Cybersecurity, middleware, and other exciting digital solutions. You will help your customers, who have growing data volumes and aggressive service-level expectations, maximize the potential of their IT organizations.

  The primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities. Handle accounts, including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to enhance revenue growth and increase local market share.

  We also look for:

  Shown experience (8 years) in selling enterprise software solutions or services to Public and Private Sector customers. Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent over-achievement against targets.

  Ability to build reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers and identify alignments across LOBs and act on opportunities to integrate business, with credibility at all levels, in-in-depth sales understanding of the information technology customer needs, and strong technical expertise to become a trusted advisor across a wide technology portfolio.

  Proficiencies in building value propositions and positioning strong proposals.

  Strong listening skills with a confirmed ability to communicate across all levels and optimally adapt to multifaceted situations.

  Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills

  Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.

  Validated understanding of the IT industry Cloud landscape and market. Knowledge of Oracle products is preferred but not essential.

  Fluency in English and territory language.

  Responsibilities

  Define strategies and act to generate long-term and short-term customer success and business results.

  Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales while growing existing accounts.

  Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and build a qualified pipeline

  Pipeline development through a combination of use case development and industry knowledge/intelligence. Adequate pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated territory.

  The portfolio will be our wide technology portfolio. However, the right candidate should be able to orchestrate a speech across the complete offering of Oracle in front of a client and work alongside other internal teams to be one Oracle for the customer.

  Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.

  Engage with prospect organizations to position the Oracle solution through value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.

  Handle the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre-Sales Consultants, Business Development Consultants, Oracle Consulting, Executives and Partners, etc.

  Daily update of Oracle Sales Cloud system with accurate customer and pipeline data.

  Accurate forecasting and revenue delivery.

  Continuous improvement in self-research, learning, and readiness for new product offerings

  Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector-specific coverage.

  Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories.

  Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.

  Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Being able to orchestrate proposals together with other internal business groups in the same solutions team or others. Understand that is all about the customer.
