You Are:Delivery Lead – Energy - is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

The Work:

Managing project delivery of technology solutions/applications at Energy clients (custom, Salesforce, Oracle, etc) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones

Managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments.

Creating a supportive environment for our team members to execute successfully

Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work

Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 10 years professional experience

Minimum of 4 years of hands on experience managing large scale Tech/related Programs and Projects

Minimum of 3 years experience managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments

Experience supporting/working with Energy Industry and clients

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

Colorado $131,100 to $261,300

District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200

New York $121,400 to $302,400

Maryland $121,400 to $241,900

Washington $139,600 to $278,200
