  Le (la) Technicien(ne) à la paie exerce, de façon principale et habituelle, le traitement hebdomadaire et/ou bihebdomadaire du cycle complet de la paie des employés (syndiqués et non-syndiqués).

  LES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  Compiler, traiter et vérifier les données nécessaires à la production de la paie dans les délais exigés;

  Tenir les registres des présences, des congés et des heures supplémentaires des employés pour calculer la rémunération et les avantages sociaux auxquels ils ont droit;

  Agir en tant que personne ressource pour les questions relatives à la paie et résoudre les problèmes relevant de sa compétence ;

  Rentrer les modifications à la paie dans le système.

  Remplir tous les formulaires et documents requis par le gouvernement;

  Interpréter et respecter les conventions collectives et fournir un soutien à la direction en ce qui concerne la paie;

  Vérification des renseignements sur la paie et le HRIS

  Respecter les procédures de vérification;

  Autres projets et tâches assignées

  LES COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES SOUHAITÉES :

  1 an minimum d’expérience de la paie;

  Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle souhaitées

  Bilingue; communication couramment en français et en anglais

  De solides compétences en informatique sont essentielles : Word, Excel et Outlook.

  Le candidat devrait avoir une dactylographie supérieure à la moyenne; et des compétences en saisie de données et être motivé et capable de travailler à la fois de façon autonome et en équipe; l’expérience d’ADP Workforce Now et de PeopleSoft est un atout certain;

  Connaissance des normes du travail et connaissance des conventions collectives.
