　　Nous recherchons un Technicien SAV pour notre site de Versailles, les missions principales sont les suivantes:

　　-SAV

　　Gestion et suivi des appels téléphoniques du SAV

　　Pour les cas hors garantie, établissement du devis et transmission au client dans un délai de 24 heures

　　Réparation, dans un délai de 24 heures, du matériel sous garantie ou dont le devis a été accepté

　　-Gestion des stocks

　　Transmission des besoins à l’assistante SAV pour les commandes de réapprovisionnement en pièces détachées, pour le stock ou pour les clients

　　Remise en stock

　　Réalisation annuelle de l’inventaire

　　-Support technique PREL

　　-Réparation produits PREL

　　Profil recherché:

　　Titulaire d'un bac pro (maintenance des équipements industriel, microtechnique ...), vous avez de solides connaissances en Electromécanique, Hydraulique et en Pneumatique. Vous avez une apétence pour l'industrie dentaire et connaissez le pack office. Des notions d'anglais seraient un plus.

　　Vous êtes rigoureux, réactif, bon communiquant et vous aimez travailler en équipe.
