　　How you’ll spend your day

　　Hands on experience and supervise Instrumentation installation & commissioning, cable & JB schedules, cable routing layouts, in project execution and Tool box meeting with contractor’s team and contractor’s daily measurement sheet verification.

　　Hands on experience of calibration of field instrument (i.e. Temperature, Pressure),control valve, with master instruments and filling of calibration records.

　　Execute, supervise & support to outsource team in day-to-day instrumentation maintenance activity. Prepare of spare need identification plan and support to Instrumentation Manager/Engineer for spare management.

　　Execute to fix repeated service call with route cause analysis and ensure maintenance activity right in first time with fast response.

　　Hands on experience of HART protocol based instruments & transmitters working & maintenance.

　　Hands on experience on general maintenance (i.e. loop testing, fault identification) in DCS/PLC based SCADA System, HMI, DAS-Rockwell/Siemens/Emerson and in UPS system.

　　Hands on experience on maintenance of safety sensor or leak detection system (i.e. Hydrogen/Ammonia/VOC) etc. and time-to-time calibration/bump test execution

　　Having experience on EHS critical instrument /system working & maintenance.

　　Execute scheduled in house PM calls and Coordination with external Service Engineer for scheduled AMC PM calls or breakdown calls.

　　Having good knowledge of pharma documentation and to execute related documentation (i.e. CCM , validation, qualification, testing, calibration etc.)

　　Understanding with cGMP, GDP.

　　Understanding with EHS compliances i.e. Intrinsic safe instrumentation, FLP instruments, Related operational PPEs. Work permit system System, Job safety analysis, Risk assessment. LOTTO procedure.

　　Good in computer skills and preparation of daily/monthly excel reports, and basic using of industrial software i.e Priority/SAP/EAM etc.
