　　Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a SeniorTechnical Writer to support United States Space Force (USSF) by developingsoftware in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) Cyber Operations Branchrapid agile development of defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend,and respond to both ground and space based cyber adversarial threats. Asuccessful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a provenability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in afast-paced environment.

　　Role and Responsibilities:As a Senior Technical Writer with MTSI, your development activities at theCyber Operations Branch program office adhere to Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe). SAFe offers proven, integrated principles, practices, andcompetencies to implement lead, agile, and DevOps at scale.Additionally, this program office personifies DevSecOps which automates theintegration of security at every phase of the software development lifecyclefrom initial design, through integration, testing, deployment, andsoftware delivery. These development efforts shall result in two deployabledefensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to USSF missionsyste

　　Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

　　Reviews, plans, and evaluates network communications systems. Providesdocumentation/project tracking and management reporting. Provides tacticaland strategic input on overall network communications planning and relatedprojects. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices,and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan andaccomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity andlatitude is expected.Qualifications

　　Required skills:At least ten year (10) relevant experienceExperience or knowledge in the following Areas:Software development release notes, documentation configurationmanagement, technical document creation and editingDe ired skills/experience:Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems CommandExperience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program officeEducation/CertificationMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree and 10 year's related professional experience; orMaster's degree and 8 years related professional experience.Clearance:Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A Top Secret (TS) securityclearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.Location/Travel Requirements:Place of work is Colorado Springs, remote work opportunity is limited. Youmay be required to travel periodically, less than 10%.The pay range for this position in Colorado is $115,000/year to$145,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending onestablished government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience, and other factors.
