　　What are the responsibilities?

　　• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and customer projects

　　• Coordinate document submittals and As-built documentation within Engineering and Customer Service

　　• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)

　　• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts

　　• Assure the quality on technical documentation and version history

　　• Copy, scan and store documents

　　• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams

　　• File documents in physical and digital records

　　• Create templates for future use

　　• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients

　　• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

　　What do you need to qualify for this job?

　　• Education in technical documentation (at least secondary education is mandatory)

　　• Fluent English (mainly written)

　　• Professional experience in a similar role is mandatory

　　• Professional experience as a technical writer on engineering projects

　　• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and Acrobat Writter)

　　• Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira

　　• Communication and writing skills

　　• Availability to travel
